4 Healthy Tea

I always start the day with a cup of tea in the morning. I usually drink black tea and milk tea. A cup of tea in the morning makes me feel refreshed and clear-headed. (Caffeine's cause? LOL) In any case, tea is full of healthy ingredients. Real Simple.com introduced five healthy types of tea.

1. Green tea

Each cup of green tea has 25 milligrams of caffeine (50 to 100 milligrams per cup of coffee). Green tea is rich in antioxidants called catechin. Catechin is known to be a type of EGCG (Epigalochatekin gallate) that has the effect of fighting cancer to heart disease. Drinking a cup of green tea every day can reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease by as much as 10 percent, according to a study.

2. Black Tea

Black tea accounts for 75 percent of the world's tea consumption, making it the most common and drink a lot. Tea has about 40 milligrams of caffeine in a cup. Tea is a compound that contains many antioxidants such as Thea Plavin and Thearubigin. Antioxidants help lower cholesterol levels. Studies show that people who drink more than three glasses a day have a 21 percent lower risk of stroke.

3. Oolong tea

It is similar to black tea, but has a richer flavor because it has been fermented in a shorter time than black tea. A cup contains about 30 milligrams of caffeine. Oolong tea can help you lose weight. Oolong tea accumulates in fat cells and activates enzymes that break down the triglycerides. One study found that women who drank oolong tea burned two hours more calories than those who drank only water.

4. Herb tea

Technically, herbal tea is not a tea. It is usually a mixture of dried fruits, flowers, and spices. There is no caffeine in the aromatic ingredients. Herbal tea, which has been promoting weight loss, is said to be a good idea. There are many stories, but one study found that drinking three cups of hibiscus tea every day can lower your blood pressure if you have high blood pressure. Camomile tea also makes you sleep, and peppermint tea makes you feel comfortable in your stomach.

It seems that the most important thing is to recognize and drink tea that fits your body.
