Four foods to eat on an empty stomach

I usually grind fruit and vegetables in a blender in the morning. But these days, I am eating only fruit because I am lazy. So I ate bananas in the morning for a while, and I was quite shocked to see an article saying that bananas were not good for my health. Based on reading books and articles about what foods are good to eat when you are hungry in the morning. Let's all be healthy.

1. Potato
Potatoes are rich in vitamins and nutrients that are called 'apples under the ground.' Therefore, it is good to eat potatoes on empty stomachs because even if stomach acid is secreted during empty stomachs, the starch content of potatoes serves to coat the stomach wall to protect the stomach wall. However, I recommend you to eat the potatoes by boiling or baking them rather than fried them.

2. Honey
Honey, effectively known for relieving hangovers, promotes metabolism, helping to release toxins and waste stored in the body. Eating honey on the empty stomach also activates brain activity, which helps the body wake up from sleep. Also, honey contains about 17 grams of carbohydrates per tablespoon, which, if consumed on an empty stomach, helps the body recover from fatigue.
3. Carrot
Carrots, called "the emperor of Vitamin A," are rich in beta-carotene and fiber, along with various vitamins, which also work in antioxidants and blood pressure control. Carotene, which is abundant in carrots, has a function that improves mucous membranes, which also works well for gastrointestinal disorders. Therefore, it is helpful to grind carrots on an empty stomach and drink carrot juice.

4. Berry
Is there any good fruit to eat on an empty stomach? Even when you are hungry in the morning, there are good fruits to eat. It is a berry that is rich in Aronia. Aronia, an antioxidant of berries such as blueberries, asiberries and raspberries, is effective in controlling blood pressure and metabolism. The efficacy of Aronia, in particular, is doubled when consumed on an empty stomach. In addition, frequent consumption of berries can improve concentration and memory and prevent cancer.
